While driving back from a meeting this morning, I stopped at a red light. Glancing to my right, I saw this fantastic scene just waiting to be photographed.

Made at the corner of Milwaukee Ave. at Grand Ave.

The Blue Door at Number 114 (130/365 05-10-09)

I've photographed portions of this building before, but I've not yet isolated the door. I just love the way the windows form the address number. I also like the great colors and well-worn patina.

Made with a Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim, shooting generic 400 film and scanned from negative.
